Be Respectful and Kind

Treat all community members with respect, regardless of their background, experience level, or opinions.

  • Be patient with beginners and those learning new skills

Foster Collaboration

Help create an environment where everyone can learn, grow, and succeed together.

Maintain Authenticity

Be honest and authentic in your interactions. Misrepresentation undermines trust in our community.

  • Be truthful about your skills and experience
  • Don't impersonate others or create fake accounts

Communicate Professionally

Maintain professional standards in all communications, whether public or private.

Examples:

  • Use clear, professional language in messages
  • Stay on topic in discussions and forums
  • Avoid spam, self-promotion, or off-topic content

Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are not allowed in our community and may result in account suspension or termination:

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
  • Discriminatory language or behavior based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
  • Sharing false or misleading information about job opportunities or employers
  • Posting spam, promotional content, or irrelevant material
  • Attempting to circumvent platform security or verification processes
  • Sharing confidential information from employers or other users
  • Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others
  • Engaging in any illegal activities or violations of platform terms

Reporting and Enforcement

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to our team immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate them promptly and confidentially.

Enforcement actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity and frequency of violations.
